Who is Bad Karma

Led by Experience. Built on the Street.

I didn’t build Bad Karma Coaching to be another generic fitness page. I built it because I lived the exact dark reality you are navigating right now. I spent decades giving my absolute best energy to the badge, the uniform, and the grind—only to bring cold, bitter leftovers home to my family.

I engineered this protocol because I survived the distance, dropped the armor, and found my way back. Now, I lead other men to do the same.

The Credentials

  • 30+ Years of Law Enforcement: Career professional and current Detective serving in the Narcotics and Firearms Training Division.

  • Federal Subject Matter Expert: Court-recognized SME in drug trafficking for the federal court system.

  • U.S. Army Veteran: Served 8.5 years as a Military Policeman, Special Reaction Team (SRT) member, and Marksman stationed at Fort Leavenworth.

  • Tactical Instructor: NRA-certified firearms and defensive tactics instructor.

  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society.

The Mission

  • The Problem: Decades of high-stress tactical environments turn us cold. We harden our hearts to survive the shift, but we forget how to turn it off at the kitchen table.

  • The Toll: Physical decay, mental fog, internal isolation, and a growing distance from the people who matter most.

  • The Protocol: One Notch at a Time is a structured, team-accountability system designed to reclaim your physical strength, clear your mind, and teach you the exact tactics needed to drop the shield at the front door.

A collage of four photos with a filmstrip border. The first photo shows a man in a formal military uniform holding a cap. The second photo depicts a man with sunglasses and a beard sleeping in a car. The third shows a man holding up arms in front of a large robot or transformer figure at an amusement park. The fourth is a black-and-white image of a muscular man with tattoos, a beard, and a baseball cap, looking serious, with his arms crossed. Below the collage, there is a sign that reads "One Notch at a Time."
